Kids’ Party FAQ

Is supervision required during a kids’ party in Mauk?

Yes, at least one parent or guardian must accompany every kids’ party in Mauk. At the swimming pool and in Eiland Avontura, the parent or guardian is responsible for supervising the children.

What is included in the kidsbox at a kids’ party?

The kidsbox includes fries with ketchup and mayonnaise, a snack of choice (chicken nuggets, frikandel, croquette or cheese soufflé), a Capri Sun and a small surprise. The kidsbox can be ordered from 12:00 noon. No meal is included for adults.

Can you add ice cream to a kids’ party booking?

Ice cream is not included as standard but can be added during the reservation for €1.85 per child. At IJsland van Maurik, children receive one scoop of ice cream in a cone or cup, or a soft-serve ice cream.

Are you allowed to bring your own food and drinks to a kids’ party at Eiland van Maurik?

No, it is not permitted to bring your own food and drinks to a kids’ party at Mauk on Eiland van Maurik.

What is a Hit-It wristband at the Eiland Avontura kids’ party?

A Hit-It wristband is required to participate in the interactive Hit-It Arena inside Eiland Avontura, specially designed for children aged 8 and older. With this wristband, children can play games and collect points. The wristband costs €2.50 each and includes two 15-minute games as standard. Additional games can be added at the Mauk information desk.
